Paul Waymack, MD, DSc
Dr. Waymack served as Medical Reviewer and Special Consultant to U.S.
FDA Center for Drug Evaluation and Research. He is an experienced clinical
surgeon and former Chairman of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee
at UMDNJ. He also is a faculty member of the Pharma Education and Research
Institute.
Philip T. Lavin, PhD
Dr. Lavin is the founder and CEO of Averion, Inc. and Boston Biostatistics
Research Foundation. He also is a faculty member at Harvard Medical
School (Department of Surgery) and Harvard School of Public Health
(Department of Biostatistics). Dr. Lavin has served as Consultant to
FDA and has numerous publications in the medical and statistical literature.
